JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is challenging the order of the appropriate Government whereby reference of dispute to the tribunal for adjudication has been refused on the ground that dispute was raised after 23 years. 2000 (2) SCC 455). For the aforesaid reason I do not find any strong reasons to interfere with the order passed by the appropriate Government. No relief can be granted to the petitioner. This writ application is dismissed.
