ANKIT KUMAR Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This anticipatory bail application of Ankit Kumar @ Polu has been moved by Mr. Ankit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed Mr. S.S. Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No. 203 of 2022 for the offence registered under Ss. 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Garhwa has pressed into motion.

(3.) It is also alleged that on protest, his chain was snatched and he was also assaulted by both of them. Ankit Kumar @ Polu gave a blow with spade on his head. As a result, he become unconscious. Accused Asha Devi and Dharmendra Prasad also assaulted him.
