(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) This Letters Patent Appeal is against the judgment dated 12 th January, 2004, by which W.P.(L) No. 2537 of 2003 was allowed by the learned Single Judge and the award passed by the Labour Court, Ranchi dated 31 st August, 2002 in Reference Case No. 7 of 1998 was set aside.
