JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2.) It reveals from the First Information Report that Karishma Kumari a minor girl of the informant was missing. When the informant enquired, he could learn that the girl has been abducted by the accused Sudhanshu Kumar Yadav, who happens to be the nephew of accused Vinod Yadav with whom he was residing at Ranchi.

(3.) The involvement of accused-Vinod Yadav in the alleged kidnapping has also been surfaced.
