JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner has sought quashing of the order dated 27.1.2005, by which his application under Section 7A of the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 has been rejected.

(3.) THE petitioner thereafter preferred his application vide Annexure5 and the impugned order dated 27th January, 2005 has been passed rejecting the same by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner(Compliance), EPF Organization, Regional Officer, Ranchi.
