JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) BY way of this writ application, the order dated 17.2.2006 contained at Annexure6 to the writ application, has been challenged, whereby the respondent no.2, Sub Divisional OfficercumCertificate Officer, Madhupur, Deoghar, rejected the objection petition filed by the petitioner being Certificate Case No. 682/01 and directed him to deposit the entire certificate amount within 15 days.

ACCORDINGLY, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that an order rejecting the objection petition filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Act by Certificate Officer is itself appealable order under the Act, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this application which is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative statutory remedy if available in law .
