(1.) HEARD learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party No. 2 and learned counsel appearing for the State.
(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though this application had been filed on behalf of three petitioners -namely, Sashikant Bhadani, Ravikant Bhadani and Smt. Sharda Devi, but the application got dismissed, in view of the order dated 20.05.2010 as against the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 i.e. Sashikant Bhadani and Ravikant Bhadani and thus, this application is now confined to petitioner No. 3 -Smt. Sharda Devi.

THE case of the complainant, as it appears from the complaint petition, is that the accused persons are the partners of a firm known M/s Madhusudan Bhadani and that as the accused persons were owing a sum of Rs. 1,95,000/ - to him, the accused Sashikant Bhadani in conspiracy with other accused, issued two cheques in the name of the complainant for a sum of Rs. 1,95,000/ - which on its deposit, got bounced.
