JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD , learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the Jharkhand State Electricity Board.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for seeking appropriate direction upon the respondents for the following reliefs: -

(3.) RESPONDENTS have filed their counter affidavit, in which they have stated that 90 % provisional pension has already been paid to the petitioner. However, they submitted that the final pension, gratuity and arrear accruable on the implementation of 6th Pay Revision are being processed for being paid shortly to the petitioner. The petitioner has also sought interest upon the GPF amount, which has already been paid to him.
