The present appeal is preferred by the appellant/defendant being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the Judgment and Decree dated 20th February, 2009 passed in Matrimonial Suit no. 237 of 2005 by the Principal judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur whereby the suit for dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce has been dismissed.
