(2.) With this observation, these review applications are disposed of as infructuous.

(3.) Mr. P.K. Prasad, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the Vice Chairman, R.R.D.A. was directed to decide U.C. Case No. 43 of 2008 one way or the other. But, he has passed an order on 30.03.2011 keeping the further proceeding in abeyance awaiting the decision of competent court in Title Suit No. 266 of 2006, whereas he was to take a decision in terms of Section 38 of Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act ('the Act' for short) whether sanction was accorded in consequence of any material misrepresentation or fraudulent statement contained in the notice given or information furnished under Section 37 or not.
