JUDGEMENT

(1.) BOTH these appeals are arising out of the judgment of conviction dated 30th of May 2012 and order of sentence dated 30th of May 2012 passed by District Judge -I -cum -Spl. Judge, Dhanbad in Sessions Trial No. 606 of 2009.

(2.) These appeals have already been admitted by this Court by orders dated 26th of July 2012 and 17th of July 2012 respectively. Records and proceedings of trial court was called for which has been received by this Court.
