IF the affidavit is not filed on or before the next date of hearing, I hereby, direct respondent no. 2 (The Director General of Police, Jharkhand, Ranchi) or a responsible officer deputed by respondent no. 2, who is well conversant with the matter, to remain personally present before this Court on the next date of hearing at 10.30 a.m. IF the affidavit is filed, there is no need of any officer to remain personally present before this Court."
