SIMA BHUIYAN Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) BAIL application filed by Sima Bhuiyan in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 331/2011, corresponding to G.R. No. 2844/2011, S.T. No. 37/12 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -IV, Dhanbad is moved by Mr. Lukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and opposed by Sri. G.S. Prasad, Addl. P.P. for the State. Earlier the bail prayer of petitioner rejected taking into account the statement of victim (informant) that the petitioner sprinkled Kerosene Oil and put fire on her body and the Doctor has also found burn injury.

(2.) Up till now, the victim has not been examined.
