JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is pointed out that C.B.I. has preferred S.L.P. before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order dated 05.07.2012 passed by this Court in this writ petition and prays for time to bring the stay order. Put up this case on 21.12.2012.

(2.) IT is made clear that if the C.B.I. fails to furnish stay order, the order dated 05.07.2012 must be complied with otherwise appropriate steps shall be taken against the C.B.I. Serve a copy of this order to the Counsel appearing for the C.B.I.
