JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioners are an accused in a case registered under Section 364/34of the I.P.C.

(3.) The prosecution case in brief is that the son of informant, namely, Vineet Chandra Modi is traceless from last two months. Accused, Md. Alam has lodged a case being Godda Town P.S. Case No. 326 of 2009 in which allegation has been made against the son of the informant of the present case that he has taken the daughter of the aforesaid accused. Md. Alam, namely, Saleema Parveen and both of them fled away.
