JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE order dated 22nd December, 2011 may be referred.

(2.) MRS . Ritu Kumar submitted that the appellant has prepared four drafts on account of monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs. 3500/ -per month from July, 2011 till December, 2011. One is of Rs. 10,500/ -and other three are of Rs. 3500/ - each.

(3.) MR . Atanu Banerjee submitted that the appellant has been sending maintenance amount to the respondent but without any reason, the appellant disobeyed the orders and therefore the respondent had to move this Court twice and incurred expenses apart from harassment and therefore the respondent is entitled to cost also.
