(1.) LEARNED counsel for the appellant sought time on the ground that arguing counsel is out of station. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

(2.) IN spite of obtaining order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 20th April, 2012, requesting this Court to decide the Second Appeal preferably within a period of six months, it was not mentioned by any of the counsel. Today also, time has been sought by the appellant.
