JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT interlocutory application (I.A. No. 2674 of 2012) has been filed for withdrawal of the instant transfer petition, as the parties amicably settled their disputes outside the Court and accordingly, they agreed to file a joint petition for divorce.

(2.) For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and disposed of.

(3.) AD interim relief granted earlier stands vacated. Let this order be communicated to the court -below through FAX on the cost to be deposited by the petitioner.
