JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel appearing for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with the case registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 61 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 807 of 2012 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.

(2.) COUNSEL appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's name has come only on confession of the co -accused.
