JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

(2.) The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 380 of the I.P.C, and thereafter, Section 420/40 of the I.P.C. is added, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Jamshedpur.

(3.) The petitioner is the informant and he has filed the present case.
