(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks adjournment in this case.

(3.) IT is further submitted by the counsel appearing for the O.P. No.2 that the petitioner is deliberately avoiding the Court. Though, he has deposited the said amount before this Court by A/c payee demand draft in the name of the O.P. No.2, but, he has not proceeded for withdrawal of the divorce case filed at Noida.
