JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to delete paragraph 7 of the memo of the writ petition and Annexure 3 thereto.

(2.) Permission, as sought for, is granted.

(3.) The Annexure 3 will be deleted along with paragraph 7 of the memo of the writ petition and this amendment shall be carried out during course of the day.
