(1.) Counsel appearing for both the parties have submitted that there is chance of compromise between the parties.

(2.) Accordingly, I refer this matter to the Conciliator, JHALSA, Ranchi for conciliation proceeding.

(3.) Both the parties will remain present before the Conciliator, JHALSA, Ranchi for conciliation proceeding on 20 th April, 2012.
