AMRESH RAMAN Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR. M.J. Rahman, J.C. to G.P. III, appearing for respondents no. 1 to 3 that he would like to find out as to whether any stay order passed by this Court is still in existence as mentioned in the report dated 4.3.2010 submitted by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Sindri (at page 60 of the counter affidavit). He has further submitted that he will also seek instructions as to whether the landlord can be permitted by the police officers to put lock on the tenanted premises in view of the pendency of the eviction suit against the tenant-petitioner. He shall also make statement as to whether lock so put during the pendency of the eviction suit should be removed immediately, subject to the final decision in the eviction matter.
