JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER , by way of filing this writ petition, has challenged the findings of the inquiry report dated 18.12.2003 and the order dated 1.3.2004 passed by the respondents based on the findings of the inquiry report.

(2.) IT is mainly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent -authority did not consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and passed an order without proper application of mind.

(3.) THEREFORE , according to the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is not maintainable and ought to be dismissed on that ground alone.
