JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners are accused in a case registered under Sections 323/498A/494/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have been prosecuted for causing torture and treating the complainant with cruelty for want of more dowry and they were also insisting the complainant to request her father to provide employment to the husband of the complainant.

(2.) IT is submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the demand of dowry or employment. All the relatives of the husband have been implicated with general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
