JUDGEMENT

(1.) AT the very outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to refund the fee amount taken by the institution to the respective candidates for which one week's time may be allowed.

(2.) Put up this case after four weeks and by that time, the petitioner shall furnish the receipts showing payments made to the respective candidates.
