JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS application has been preferred by the petitioner for payment of death -cum -retiral benefits of her son, Mritunjay Kumar Singh having died on 14th February, 1994.

(2.) ACCORDING to the petitioner, her son Mritunjay Kumar Singh was in the services of the State and died on 14th/15th February, 1994 due to accident and fire along with his wife. The petitioner being the legal heir, filed application for death -cum -retiral benefit of her son which is stated to have not yet been paid. It is stated that the son Mritunjay Kumar Singh was working in the Primary Teachers Education College, Barhet, Sahebganj.

(3.) IF necessary, the Deputy Commissioner. Sahebganj will refer the matter to the Director of Education. Jharkhand, Ranchi. He will ensure payment of such benefits within four months.
