JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners for direction on the respondents to reinstate them as juniors having allowed to continue and the petitioners having removed.

(2.) THE case of the petitioners is that they were engaged in the Water Resources (Irrigation) Department of the State of Bihar on daily wage between 1979 to 1985, details of which have been shown in Annexure -1/1. They were allowed to perform the duties of Class -111 and IV posts.

(3.) THEREAFTER , though persons engaged after engagement of petitioners have been retained in service and regularised. The petitioners were removed in the year 1994.
