JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN all these cases as one of the common prayer is to allow the petitioners to appear in the forthcoming Primary Teachers Training Examination, they were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

(2.) THE petitioners claim that they have completed Teachers Training Examination from respective colleges as recognised by the State but it is alleged that the Jharkhand Secondary Examination Board, Ranch had not allowed the students of their respective colleges to appear in forthcoming Primary Teachers Training Examination in respect to which notice No. 41 of 2002 was issued in terms of Court's order passed in another case.

(3.) MR . Kalyan Rai, learned counsel for the Board submitted that the students who completed Teachers Training from the colleges, named in the enclosure attached to letter dated 17th January. 2002 for the Session 1997 -98 to 2000 -2001 shall be allowed to appear in the forthcoming Teachers Training Examination. The Board has taken decision to act as per the direction of the State given by the letter dated 17th January. 2002.
