JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner claims to have retired from the services of the Notified Arras Committee. Jasidih on 31st May, 1993 after serving about 35 years.

(2.) SHE has made grievance that the respondents have not paid the total retiral benefits, though more than seven years have passed.

(3.) THE counsel for the State also did not choose to tile any affidavit on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar or the District Provident Fund Officer, Deoghar.
