NEW AJANTA HOTEL Vs. UNION OF INDIA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has challenged the order dated 12/14 June, 2002 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, Jharkhand, Ranchi, whereby and whereunder, petition for review against the order dated 24th of April, 2002 passed under Section 7 -A of the EPF and MP Act, 1952 has been rejected.

(2.) THE petitioner was also directed to pay the assessed amount of Rs. 43,823/ -(Forty three thousands, eight hundreds and twenty three).

(3.) THE Court vide order dated 30th June, 2001 directed the competent authority to decide the objection, if preferred by petitioner, within fifteen days by a reasoned order.
