JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner claims to have retired from the services of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation (Corporation for short) on 31st July, 2000.

(2.) HIS grievance is that the respondents have not yet released nor paid the retrial benefits on the ground that the service book as was lying with the BDO, Coilkera is missing. It is stated the BDO Coilkera has been asked to open a duplicate Service Book.

(3.) IN case, there is difficulty will give reason and forward the details relating to petitioner as is available in his office within the time schedule above.
