JUDGEMENT

(1.) ALL these cases relate to payment of retiral benefits of the employees of the State Electricity Board.

(2.) THE petitioners retired from the services of the then Bihar State Electricity Board (State Electricity Board for short), prior to 1st April, 2001, except one. They having not paid the retiral benefits and other dues have moved before this Court.
