JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) IN this writ application the petitioner seeks mandamus directing the r8spondents for payment of admitted dues for the work done by it.

(3.) SINCE it is money claim, no writ of mandamus can be issued against the respondents for payment of dues. If the respondents have admitted the dues and have expressed their inability to pay the same because of paucity of funds, I am of the opinion, that the same cannot be a ground for non -payment of dues.
