JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. Prabhash Kumar and Mr. Shamim Akhtar, learned S.C. -II.

(2.) MR . Prabhash Kumar states" that this case is fully covered by the Judgment passed in the Asiya Shah vs. State of Jharkhand and Others being W.P. (C) No. 650/2002 and other analogus cases i.e. Dinesh Kumar Agarwal vs. State of Jharkhand and Others, W.P. (C) No. 109/ 2002 and laxmi Narayan vs. State of Jharkhand, W.P. (C) No. 206/2002, with the only difference that this case relates to the admission in the Post Graduate Course in the Rajendra Medical College at Ranchi. However, he contends that the point of law involved is identical to the cases referred above. Mr. S. Akhtar does not rebut the aforesaid contentions of the Writ Petitioner.

(3.) WITH these observations this Writ Petition is disposed off.
