(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THE petitioner Ram Bahadur Chhetri was put under suspension with effect from 2.5.1995 and subsequently a charge -sheet was issued upon him containing the following charges :

(3.) BEING aggrieved by the aforementioned order, the petitioner has moved this writ petition, wherein he has made a prayer for quashing of the aforesaid order.
