JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THIS application has been preferred by the petitioner for direction on the respondents to make payment of ten months salary, as he is entitled to get 38 months salary in accordance with terms of voluntary retirement scheme (V.R.S.), and it is alleged that the petitioner has been paid salary of only 28 months.

(3.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that the date of birth of petitioner is 10th October. 1944, but in the order accepting the petitioners request of voluntary retirement, it has been wrongly shown as 23rd December, 1943.
