(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 43/2019, instituted under Sections 15(C), 18(C), 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, now pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Chatra.
