(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019 in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 409 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 145 of 2019 arising out of S.T. No. 60 of 2019, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 307, 323,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh.
