JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020.

(3.) The petitioner on the pretext of showing his house is alleged to have committed rape upon the informant and when she threatened to lodge an FIR, the petitioner assured to marry her and thereafter on several occasion has established physical relationship with her. However subsequently he had denied to solemnize marriage.
