JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Pratik Sen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Mr. Azeemuddin, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No. 409 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 145 of 2019, S.T. No. 60 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 148, 149, 452, 341, 307,323,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
