(1.) Heard Mr. Binit Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashwini Bhushan, learned counsel for the respondent-State.
(2.) This writ petition (criminal) has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
(3.) The petitioner has challenged the F.I.R. registered as Ahtu P.S. Case No.03 of 2020 registered under Sections 370(1), 370(4)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 14(1)(a) of the Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Amendment Act, 2016 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chaibasa.
