JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Ankit Apurva, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Md. Hatim, the learned counsel for the State and Ms. Soumpa Rai, the learned counsel for the informant.

(2.) Pursuant to the order dated 22.02.2021, the informant, the victim and the accused were directed to remain present physically in the Court and they have appeared in person in the Court.

(3.) The petition has been filed for quashing the FIR and the subsequent proceeding against the petitioner in connection with Senha P.S.Case No.09/2012, corresponding to G.R.Case No.79/2012 lodged under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
