JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondentauthorities to pay the arrear of pension amounting to Rs.1,42,000/- for the period of 01.01.2005 to January, 2011 and Rs. 11,049/- which was the excess deposit amount along with interest.

(3.) During pendency of this writ application several affidavits were filed. Finally, vide supplementary counter- affidavit dated 24.11.2020 the respondent no.1- had stated in paragraph 8 and 9 as under:-
