JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) The instant writ application has been preferred by the original petitioner-Mrs. Basanti Chakraborty praying therein for quashing the reasoned order dated 13.06.2009 (Annexure-9); passed by the Vice-Chancellor, Ranchi University (respondent No.5), in compliance to the order dated 19.01.2009 passed in W.P.(S) No.4009/2004 by this Court.

(3.) During pendency of the instant writ application, the original petitioner- Mrs. Basanti Chakraborty has died and her legal heir has been substituted by the order of this Court.
