JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) Heard Mr. Satish Prasad, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhawnathpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No. 2467 of 2016, S.T. No. 62 of 2019 for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and the case is pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa.
