JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through V.C.

(2.) The instant writ application was initially preferred for a direction upon the concerned respondents for granting promotion to these petitioners in Grade-III i.e. Matric Trained Selection Scale (Rs. 5500-9000/-).

(3.) During pendency of the instant writ application the respondents vide order as contained in Memo No. 2343 dated 05.07.2011 granted the benefit of promotion to the petitioners' w.e.f. 01.04.1999 in Grade-III.
