JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants.

(2.) Heard Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2.

(3.) This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 19.09.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 cum Special Judge, Gumla in connection with S.T./S.C. Gumla Case No. 01 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 406,420,504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1), (F), (G), (R), (S) of Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (amended 2016) whereby the bail application of the appellants has been rejected.
