JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chas P.S. Case No. 214 of 2020.

(3.) The informant is the proprietor of Dadijee Enterprises. It has been alleged that the petitioner projecting himself as the Proprietor of A.C. Construction had visited the shop of the informant and placed an order for purchase of D.I. Pipe as work order was issued to him by Ashoka Buildcon Limited. The informant had delivered 1100 MTR D.I. Pipe for which cheques were given of Rs. 40,00,000/- and Rs. 40,01,250/- to the informant. It has been alleged that both the cheques were dishonoured and a legal notice was issued to the petitioner, who denied giving order for D.I. Pipes and referred to a Sanha regarding two signed cheques being misplaced and information given to the Branch Manager of Bank of Baroda.
